Day 1: Arrival & Welcome Arrive in Las Vegas and check into your luxury hotel, where your journey begins. Meet your fellow runners for canapes and drinks, unwind soak up the atmosphere before heading to your first gourmet dining experience beneath the iconic lights of Vegas.
Day 2: Drive Day 1 | From First Light to Canyon Majesty After a delicious breakfast and our first driving briefing, two-way radios are checked and engines come to life as we embark on Day One. This opening leg is all about settling in, as the journey unfolds. We pause for a relaxed coffee stop along the way before continuing toward one of the most legendary destinations in the world. Our arrival is at the historic El Tovar, opened in 1905, before the Grand Canyon was formally protected as a federal park and shortly after Theodore Roosevelt's influential 1903 visit. Built from local limestone and Oregon pine, El Tovar stands proudly on the very rim of Grand Canyon National Park, blending timeless elegance with one of nature's most awe-inspiring backdrops. Enjoy lunch in Grand Canyon Village, where panoramic canyon views stretch endlessly before you. The afternoon is yours to relax, wander the rim, soak in the vastness, and truly take it all in. As the sun begins to dip, we reconvene for pre-dinner drinks and an elegant evening of dining, sharing stories from the road and setting the tone for the adventure ahead.
Day 3: Drive Day 2 | From canyon Rim to Colorado Heritage With radios fully charged and spirits high, we depart El Tovar Hotel. Today's drive builds rhythm and confidence, blending twists and turns with rich cultural landscapes as we leave the canyon behind. Our first stop is a coffee break in Navajo town of Kayenta, the only township operating under the laws of the Navajo Nation. From here, we continue north, the scenery shifting as we cross into Colorado. A delicious lunch awaits in Cortez, before the final drive of the day. By afternoon, we arrive at our accommodation for the night: the stunning Strater Hotel. A true historic gem, it sets the stage for an evening of refinement and connection. After check-in, take time to unwind and freshen up before we meet for a gourmet dinner and drinks, sharing the day's highlights and preparing for what lies ahead.
Day 4: Drive Day 3 | Mountain Passes to Alpine Luxury Today delivers a full-throttle driving experience. After breakfast and our driving briefing, engines fire up and we set off toward our next destination, carving through spectacular terrain with a coffee break in the San Juan Mountains, this stretch of road is where the rally truly comes alive, flowing corners, elevation changes, and the chance to test both driver skill and machine in an unforgettable setting. From the mountains, the journey continues into the picturesque North Fork Valley, where we pause for a beautiful vineyard lunch surrounded by grape vines, and wide-open valley views. It's the perfect moment to slow the pace and take in the contrast of landscapes we've just conquered. The afternoon drive carries us onward to Aspen, where we arrive at our home for the next two nights, the exquisite St. Regis Aspen Resort. What a drive it has been. After check-in, take time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the luxury surroundings before we come together for a decadent dining experience and drinks, celebrating an exceptional day behind the wheel in the heart of the Colorado Alps.
Day 5: Aspen at Leisure | Alpine Freedom & Evening Indulgence Today is yours to enjoy at your own pace in the heart of Aspen. Wake slowly, savour breakfast, and spend the day exploring one of America's most iconic alpine towns. Whether you choose to wander boutique-lined streets, take in the mountain scenery, enjoy a spa treatment, or head out for a scenic drive or hike, Aspen offers endless ways to relax or adventure. This free day is designed to let you reset, indulge, and truly soak up the atmosphere, crisp mountain air, luxury shopping, art galleries, and world-class hospitality all at your doorstep. As evening approaches, we regroup for another incredible dining experience, where exceptional food, flowing conversation, and the shared energy of the journey come together for a memorable night in the Colorado Alps.
Day 6: Drive Day 4 | From Alpine Heights to Red Rock Horizons After a relaxing stay in Aspen, we fire up for another exhilarating drive as we set course for our next destination. The road delivers once again, wide-open stretches, sweeping scenery, and that unmistakable sense of freedom that defines this journey. We stop for a coffee break in Collbran, an ideal chance to regroup and take in the changing scenery. From here, the journey continues west as the terrain transforms once again, leading us toward dramatic landscapes surrounding Moab. Upon arrival, we check in before heading out to lunch at a stunning location offering panoramic, elevated views across the surrounding mountains and desert, an unforgettable backdrop that perfectly captures the spirit of the American Southwest. The remainder of the afternoon is yours to relax and soak up the atmosphere, ready for an exciting evening ahead in one of the most iconic adventure destinations in the region.
Day 7: Drive Day 5 | From Red Rock Horizons to Western Spirit After departing Moab, we launch into another exhilarating drive as the landscape shifts from rugged rock to vast open roads and dramatic desert scenery. Following our morning briefing, the road invites you to stretch your legs, with long flowing sections paired with striking vistas that define this part of the Southwest. We enjoy a relaxed coffee stop in Richfield before continuing on toward Panguitch, where lunch awaits at a local smokehouse. A hearty, flavour- packed meal provides the perfect fuel for the afternoon's spirited drive. From Panguitch, the pace lifts as we make our way to our final destination for the day, a beautiful historic ranch inn located at the gates in Zion National Park. Continuing the authentic Western atmosphere, we check in, unwind, and take time to appreciate the ranch's history and surroundings. As evening arrives, we gather once more for another delicious dinner and drinks, sharing stories from the road and soaking up the atmosphere of one of America's most iconic landscapes.
Day 8: Drive Day 6 | Western Spirit to Las Vegas Today marks our final drive day, and it delivers on every promise. After breakfast and our final driver briefing, we set off for an unforgettable run through the heart of the American Southwest, where raw landscape meets legendary roads. Our journey begins with a drive through Zion-Mount Carmel Tunnel, a truly iconic experience carved through the cliffs of Zion National Park. With dramatic elevation changes, sweeping canyon views, and technical sections that test both skill and performance, this stretch is an absolute highlight, one of those drives that stays with you long after the engine cools. We pause for a coffee stop in the breathtaking Virgin River Valley, surrounded by red rock formations and open desert skies, before continuing our final push toward the neon glow of Las Vegas. Rolling back into the city feels electric. Tonight is all about celebration, our last night together, marking an epic week of driving, camaraderie, and unforgettable moments. From western wilderness to world-famous lights, this is a finale worthy of the journey.
Day 9: Farewell Our final morning brings us together one last time for a farewell breakfast, a chance to slow the pace, reflect on the journey, and enjoy the company of those who have shared this incredible experience. It's a relaxed and meaningful close to an adventure defined by iconic roads, unforgettable landscapes, and genuine connections. As the rally draws to an end, this is a moment to look back on the memories already made and the stories that will stay with us long after we depart. From mountain passes to desert horizons and city lights, every mile has contributed to something truly special. Soon it will be time to say goodbye and begin the journey home, carrying with us the spirit of the road, new friendships, and anticipation of future adventures still to come.
