INTRODUCING THE NEXT GENERATION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Your Thunderbolt Run AI Concierge
MEET AI VAS
Inspired by our very own founder, Vas Comblas.
Powered by innovation. Backed by real people. Driven by the Thunderbolt Run spirit.
A Smarter Way to Stay Connected
At Thunderbolt Run, we're always looking for ways to take the experience to the next level — and that starts long before you get behind the wheel!
As our Thunderbolt Run community continues to grow, so does the number of calls and enquiries we receive. With hundreds of people reaching out to us, we understand how important it is to provide prompt, helpful and personalised service.
That's why we're excited to introduce AI Vas, our very own AI Concierge, modelled on Thunderbolt Run founder Vas Comblas.
AI Vas is designed to answer your calls promptly, provide information about our events and help you find the answers you're looking for, without unnecessary waiting.
Whether you're interested in joining your first rally, exploring our upcoming events or simply have a question, AI Vas is ready to welcome you.
Technology Meets the Human Touch
We believe embracing technology is an exciting step forward, particularly in today's fast-moving world, where convenience and communication matter more than ever.
But one thing will never change — the people behind Thunderbolt Run.
Our events have always been about much more than incredible cars and exhilarating roads. They're about friendships, shared experiences, laughter, meaningful connections and memories that last a lifetime.
AI Vas isn't here to replace our team. He's here to support them.
By providing prompt answers and helping direct enquiries to the right people, AI Vas allows us to combine the efficiency of modern technology with the genuine, personal service our community knows and loves.
It's all about making your Thunderbolt Run experience even better, from your very first phone call to your next unforgettable adventure.
SAME THUNDERBOLT SPIRIT.
A SMARTER WAY TO CONNECT.
The future of customer connection is here, and AI Vas is ready to welcome you.
